Refund policy

At Purelyte, we stand behind our products—and your satisfaction—but we keep things clear and fair. Here’s how returns work:


1. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Our 30-day guarantee is designed for first-time customers—so you can try Purelyte with confidence.

  • Your first order is covered by our 30-day guarantee from date of delivery—return it for any reason, no questions asked.

  • Returns are only accepted if no more than 10 sachets per pack have been used.

  • If more than 10 sachets have been used, that pack is non-returnable.

2. How to Start a Return

  • All returns must be pre-approved.

  • Email hello@purelyte.com.au with:

    • Your order number

    • Which item(s)/pack(s) you want to return

    • A brief reason for the return

  • If approved, we’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

3. Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping is your responsibility—unless we made a mistake.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Please use a trackable method and include your order number.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm that no more than 10 sachets were used.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method, without exceptions.

  • If the return doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll let you know and the refund won’t be processed.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your order is defective or incorrect (wrong product, damaged on arrival, etc.), that’s on us.

  • Contact hello@purelyte.com.au immediately with your order number and a photo/description.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you’d like a different flavour or product, simply follow the return process above. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

7. Important Notes

  • This policy applies only to orders made directly from Purelyte.

  • Gift cards, subscriptions, and promotional bundles are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  • Policy may be updated—always check this page before returning.
