Perfect for fasting, tried to find electrolytes everywhere that had a good mix and good sodium levels for fasting. Used ChatGPT and found Purelyte, which it told me had a better mix of electrolytes for fasting than anything else available in Australia.
Only thing I’d do is add a QR code on the thank you card that takes you to the website.

Exactly what I needed from an electrolyte
A running buddy and I were finishing a WAMC event recently and the drink station had packed up and so we were about to head to a drink fountain and we saw the Purelyte crew were still set up and so we went over to the table and checked out the sugar content in the hydration packs and it showed, "Zero sugar", which was great for my run buddy because she is basically allergic to sugar and 5g is all she can ingest.
We have done a couple of events since, including "3 Inch Half ultra" and I noticed flavour wise, a lot of products taste the same , but Purelyte is miles ahead because of the ingredients.

As I get older, my ability to recover from a big night out has diminished. When I know I'm going to have a big night, I usually take Hydralite before and after. While it offers some relief, its effects are limited. I'd still get a bad hangover the next day and it's usually a write off.
Then came my company Christmas party and it was going to be a big one, so I prepared by having a drink of Purelyte before the festivities began. By the end of the night I was pretty smashed and I knew I was going suffer the following day, so I thought. I downed another glass of Purelyte before going to bed. To my surprise I was pretty functional the following morning, even managing to go shopping. I figured it must've be a delayed hangover and it was going to get worse later in the day. That didn't come! This is magic!

Refreshing and tasty. Love that there is no sugar. Have had it work a bunch of times as my energy levels have been low and felt it really picked me up. My boys also tried it with some basketball trainings they did and said they enjoyed it and felt good afterwards. Love it!

How does Purelyte taste?
Fresh and light rather than sweet. We use real fruit powder and natural fruit flavour, lightly sweetened with organic stevia, so it doesn't turn your water syrupy the way a sugary sports drink does. Despite 800mg of sodium a sachet, most people don't find it salty. If you'd prefer it milder, just use more water.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. Daily hydration matters and Purelyte is designed to support it. Whether you're fasting, training, working long shifts or just trying to stay sharp, consistent electrolyte support can help prevent cramping, fatigue, and brain fog.
For general hydration, we recommend up to 2 sachets per day unless you’re sweating heavily or have specific dietary needs. If in doubt, consult your healthcare professional.
Is Purelyte suitable for fasting or keto?
Yes — Purelyte contains zero sugar, zero carbs and no artificial sweeteners. It’s ideal for intermittent fasting, low-carb diets and clean eating.

Why does Purelyte have more electrolytes than most brands?
Because the formula was built around what's actually lost in sweat rather than around taste. Average sodium loss is roughly 800mg per litre of sweat, so each sachet carries 800mg.
Potassium, magnesium and calcium are lost in smaller amounts, and Purelyte sits above typical sweat loss for all three. That's deliberate. ABS national nutrition survey data shows 63.7% of Australians don't meet their calcium requirements from food, and 31.3% fall short on magnesium. So we built in some headroom rather than matching sweat loss alone.
Drinks formulated around flavour and sugar first tend to carry less sodium and fewer other minerals.
